We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager, Government Contracting to lead our government contracting portfolios and drive business growth. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize contract performance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage government contracting portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations and expectations
Develop and implement contract management strategies to drive business growth and optimize performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Provide guidance and support to business units and government sales teams on government contract creation and compliance
Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to drive long-term customer loyalty and retention
Monitor and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Lead, develop, and mentor government account and enablement associates to ensure a high-performing team

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $122,800 to $271,400 plus bonus eligibility

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, with 10+ years of total industry experience and direct experience in government contracting strongly preferred
Existing relationships with government customers and direct leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate effectively to stakeholders
