This role involves developing creative concepts, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and managing multiple design projects. Responsibilities Craft Engaging User Experiences: Design and implement user experiences that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective, helping users navigate Highspot's features and content seamlessly.Smartpage Template Design: Develop and refine SmartPage templates (homepages, navigational pages, sales plays, digital sales rooms, lessons) that are central to the user experience, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectivesLead Customer Discovery Sessions: Facilitate design discovery sessions with customers to uncover their specific requirements and challenges, and translate these insights into actionable design strategiesProvide Strategic Design Guidance: Offer expert advice on user-centric design principles, ensuring that the solutions you create are aligned with the customer’s goals and contribute to a better user experienceSupport Sales Enablement Initiatives: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to showcase how well-designed user experiences can drive engagement and effectiveness in sales enablementVisual Branding: Create custom visual elements, such as banners and icons, that are consistent with the customer’s brand and enhance the overall user experience within their Highspot environment Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic designingMust possess excellent communication and presentation skillsMust have experience working with the US (North America) and/or EU markets, particularly in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segmentsMust have expertise to the entire in Adobe suiteMust have working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.Must have working knowledge of Sketch for web and mobile UI design.Good to have working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, InVisionGood to have working knowledgeof HTML and CSS Additional Information #LI-KB1Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
