Sr. Dispatcher
About the position Are you ready to drive change, lead with impact, and keep things moving—literally? We're looking for a Senior Dispatcher who's not just passionate about transportation logistics, but thrives on orchestrating smooth deliveries, eliminating roadblocks, and keeping operations rolling with precision and purpose. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Pay: $70,000 - $80,000. Responsibilities • Lead and manage drivers across your assigned region—hiring, mentoring, and making key performance decisions. • Leverage tech, TMS systems, and strategic thinking to optimize shipments, consolidate routes, and reduce costs. • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and communicate deliveries—on time, every time. • Troubleshoot issues in real-time (traffic, weather, breakdowns) and implement smart, swift solutions. • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and create reports that inform and improve operations. • Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and safety regulation compliance every mile of the way.
