Β Input and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
Β Perform regular audits of the data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Β Assist in data cleaning processes to remove inaccuracies and duplicate entries.
Β Generate and maintain reports based on data collected for management review.
Β Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Β Respond to inquiries related to data entry and assist other departments as needed.
Β Adhere to company data security policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality.
Requirements
Β Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a related position.
Β High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
Β Strong knowledge of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Β Excellent typing speed and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Β Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Β Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Β Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and address inquiries.
