Sr Director Technical Product Management
About the position Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the internal developer platform that aligns with the enterprise's objectives • Ensure that all platforms and technologies are seamlessly integrated to provide a cohesive and efficient developer experience for application teams building apps in the public cloud • Oversee the development and integration of foundational capabilities to support public cloud enablement, Generative AI tools, and infrastructure platforms as managed services • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the developer platform and associated technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cloud operations, and application teams or delegates within CIO technology teams, to ensure alignment, successful delivery, and adoption of platform capabilities • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and push our developer community to adopt emerging capabilities as they become available Requirements • 10+ years of experience in product management within enterprise technology and platforms organizations • 5+ years of experience with public cloud technologies, developer tools, and infrastructure platforms • 4+ years of experience leading and scaling product management teams • 3+ years of experience with developer platforms and the needs of application development teams Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or product management • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks (Aha, Rally, GitHub, etc.) • 3+ years of experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to cloud environments and AI technologies Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job
