About You: 1+ years experience in Sales or Sales Development, or Customer Success experienceAbility to manage and maintain a high volume of customersExperience owning onboarding, retention/churn, renewals, and upsellsYou are a subject matter expert and expert in demonstrating, training, and helping clients get value from your solutionProactively act as an advisor to customers to ensure they’re adopting, leveraging, and getting value from your solution through multiple champions across teamsPartner with Account Managers to expand relationships across teams and applications that grow revenue and expand executive relationshipsYou have a strong track record of consistently achieving over goalA self-learner and self-starter, able to become a product expert and customer advocate by leading product and use case specific trainings.Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as engineering, sales, account management, product, and supportA strong communicator with excellent attention to detailInterested in getting a foot into the CS world with growth opportunitiesLove for start-ups is a must!
