Accountabilities • Develop and execute global communications strategies that elevate corporate reputation and position the organization as a leader in technology and financial services. • Create messaging frameworks and thought leadership content to reinforce corporate positioning. • Partner with Investor Relations to deliver clear, credible business narratives to media, analysts, and investors. • Align communications with demand generation, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all channels. • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing communications teams while managing agency partnerships. • Collaborate with executive leadership on high-visibility initiatives, including media engagements, conferences, and speaking opportunities. Requirements • 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, with deep expertise in corporate and financial communications. • Proven success leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives. • Exceptional ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. • Experience engaging with investor relations, analysts, and media in public, high-growth, or global environments. • Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and ability to influence at senior levels. • Expertise in media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, and thought leadership development.
