Sr Digital Product Ops Manager - GenAI(Remote Or Hybrid)
About the position Responsibilities • Own the refinement and prioritization of problems for GenAI use cases related to using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making as well as rapid and continuous learning. • Develop hypotheses on how GenAI can address identified problems, and experiment to test and refine these hypotheses. • Test and learn your way to developing GenAI-driven solutions that measurably improve areas of product practice, aligned with Digital and Enterprise Product's organizational goals. • Engage effectively with a broad group of partners to develop problem statements and use cases, evaluate the best candidates for experimentation, and align around outcomes. • Partner appropriately with the GenAI program team to work within enterprise guidelines.
