This position will require employees to in the office (D.C.) four (4) days a week.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in providing strategic communication, project management, and day-to-day operations of various marketing platforms. The incumbent will work directly with the Marketing and Outreach/ Business Development Senior Leadership team to support an integrated marketing communication campaign and assist with the successful execution of communications tactics.

This role will also plan, develop, and oversee the execution of strategic digital plans that further HSCSN's mission, vision, and strategic plan. Write, design, code, edit web/social/email content text, images, video, and activities associated with digital. Lead and project manage critical assignments for digital. Act as responsible point person for projects as assigned.

In addition, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will support the creation and editing of marketing materials with the graphic design team for print and online products, including newsletters, brochures, press releases, white papers, and bylined articles. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will coordinate enrollment efforts across the health plan as part of the integrated communications strategy.

The incumbent will have a history of outstanding performance in public relations and digital communications, with a passion for successful marketing campaigns. As such, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will require strong, polished writing, editing/ proofreading, and oral communication skills. Exceptional Customer Service focus, teamwork skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Required

Minimum Work Experience

3 years Experience working in an enterprise website environment - required

Required Skills/Knowledge

Writes, edits, and pitch internal and external communication products for text, graphics, and multimedia presentations.
• Serve as a Digital liaison to organization stakeholders
• Identify, leverage and integrate platforms that will increase the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Seek out opportunities for the expansion of strategic digital marketing that drive organizational growth goals
• Develop strategic digital specific messages and plans for various digital channels and platforms.
• Monitor and improve SEO with yearly defined plans working with leadership.

Identify opportunities for effective media outreach, including crafting potential stories and angles to generate media interest.
• Update HSCSN’s websites for messaging, consistency, and uniformity include monitoring and reporting on Google Analytics metrics.
• Draft patient, family, and employee testimonials for digital marketing materials.
• Identify new marketing channels, including strategies for building email lists, and explore resource development opportunities.
