Job Description:
As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assembling analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces. You will answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on various trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build analyses, data visualizations, and reporting to support business decision-making
Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on trade streams
Advance the analytical capabilities of the business and collaborate on the design of analytical solutions
Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
Apply statistical techniques to understand customer behavior and drive business results
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space
Excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying and analysis
Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects with significant business impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
Master's degree in a quantitative field
Data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces
Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
