Sr. Data Analyst - REMOTE
Job Summary
We are ramping up a large-scale Data & AI transformation program for a leading pharmaceutical organization and are seeking four experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts to support critical data readiness initiatives for AI. These roles will play a key part in preparing, structuring, and enabling data assets that power advanced analytics and AI use cases across the enterprise.
Domain Focus Areas
We are hiring one Data Analyst / BA for each of the following functional areas:
ā¢ Research
ā¢ Development
ā¢ Portfolio Management
ā¢ Regulatory Affairs
Primary Responsibilities
ā¢ Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs and AI-driven use cases
ā¢ Analyze, profile, and assess data quality, completeness, and usability
ā¢ Translate business requirements into clear data and analytical requirements
ā¢ Support data readiness efforts, including data standardization, lineage, and documentation
ā¢ Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams
ā¢ Ensure data supports regulatory, compliance, and governance standards where applicable
Education and Experience
ā¢ Strong experience as a Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
ā¢ Background working within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations
ā¢ Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
ā¢ Experience supporting data initiatives that enable analytics, ML, or AI programs
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Experience working with or around cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
ā¢ Familiarity with modern data architectures, analytics platforms, or AI pipelines
ā¢ Experience in one or more of the listed pharma functional domains
