Sr Consultant – Data Governance
About the position Responsibilities • Work with data teams in the formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, and standards. • Develop and implement data governance principles within various business areas. • Establish a unified, holistic approach to data governance. • Drive a high level of data quality throughout the organization. • Build strong partnerships with business and IT stakeholders. Requirements • 7+ years of relevant data governance or data management experience. • 5+ years experience leading the development of enterprise data governance. • Experience developing recommendations to improve accountability, quality, and adherence to data policies. • Experience in driving solution design and execution of data governance efforts across business lines. • Experience performing data audits, identifying data collection issues, suggesting improvements. • Experience defining and implementing data management frameworks that align with business strategies. • Experience with data governance and data quality tools such as Atlan, data.world, Alation, Collibra. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. • Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions. • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. • Advanced English.
