What You Will Do
• Slam logistics bottlenecks - track shipments, sync inventory, keep trucks rolling.
• Jump into action - clients lean on you to learn their systems (2-5 days) and deliver fast.
• Work remote - 20-40 hours per week, no office, no micromanagement, just accountability.
Must-Have Skills and Attitude
• Logistics Grit - You have coordinated under pressure - military ops, not desk-jockey stuff.
• Discipline - Deadlines are non-negotiable - own it or get out.
• Problem-Solving - Chaos does not faze you - you fix it, no whining.
• Adaptability - Learn new tools fast - clients throw you in, you figure it out.
• No-Nonsense - You are here to work, not play victim - leave the soft stuff at home.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
• Experience with logistics platforms: ShipStation, SAP, NetSuite, Truckstop, DAT.
• Trucking, warehousing, or e-commerce background - military or civilian.
