Key Responsibilities:
Execute testing across business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
Inspect documents, records, and systems to verify compliance and identify trends or weaknesses
Evaluate business policies, procedures, and processes against regulatory requirements
Compile and maintain work papers and supporting documentation of tests and findings
Monitor and test business action plans to correct deficiencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
4+ years of experience in compliance, financial services, risk, or BSA/AML
6+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or audit (in lieu of education)
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
