Summary Responsible for delivering high-touch immigration case management across VIP, high-priority, and escalated matters while driving team capability through training, knowledge management, and process improvement within assigned jurisdictions. Responsibilities Manages complex, sensitive, and escalated immigration cases with urgency and precision, serving as a primary drafting and case support resource for VIP clients while maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines Supports training and onboarding of paralegals and specialists through structured coaching, live guidance, and practical feedback that reinforces drafting standards and role-specific best practices Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects current legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating legal requirements into scalable, repeatable processes Upholds quality and risk standards by reviewing work product, flagging procedural inconsistencies and case risks, and modeling strong judgment and operational discipline across the team Monitors regulatory and policy changes within assigned jurisdictions, escalating compliance concerns and converting legal updates into practical day-to-day guidance for the broader team Qualifications 6-8 years of experience Ideally law degree or similar field or paralegal Strong knowledge of the key immigration categories Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technology-enabled workflows in a legal, immigration, or similarly regulated environment to support quality, efficiency, and process innovation
