Responsibilities • Perform audits to identify issues and work with partners to drive root cause solutions. • Analyze and drive solutions to complicated issues from partner organizations and implement corrective adjustments. • Research records in the revenue stream with errors and work with process owners to take corrective action when required. • Participate and support new systems, product implementations, changes to tools, queries, and reports, and partner with others to ensure continuous process improvement. • Produce operational, ad hoc, and management reports. • Assist management with internal and external audit activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
