**Job Overview**
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This role is remote, but you must be located in Alaska to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our internal systems and online platforms
* Identify and report any technical issues or system errors to the IT department
**Qualifications**
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* Tech experience is strongly preferred
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
