Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative
As a Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote), you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support. You will work from home and be responsible for resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.
Requirements
ā¢ High School diploma or GED equivalent
ā¢ Must be fluent in Spanish in verbal and written form
ā¢ 1-2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
ā¢ PC / Keyboarding Skills including Word & Excel
