Specialist, Digital Marketing
Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist with the planning, facilitation, and execution of all digital-related strategies surrounding portfolio retention marketing and acquisition marketing. Candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic self -starter that thrives in a fast-paced growing environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Responsible for the daily management of digital ad platforms and paid digital campaigns including budget and bid management, monthly reporting, creative/copy analysis, and competitor/audience research
ā¢ Responsible for the daily/weekly quality assurance of all portfolio related digital campaign files
ā¢ Work with our internal creative agency to create and coordinate new marketing copy and ads for our various digital marketing channels
ā¢ Communicate campaign updates/instructions to vendors and business partners, as it relates to their role in the customer retention funnel
ā¢ Leverage analytics for campaign reporting as well as to identify marketing campaign trends. Upon discovery, effectively communicate findings and proposed actions plans to senior management
ā¢ Support the digital marketing team with day-to-day authenticated platform marketing needs for mobile app and web-based customer account
ā¢ Comply with all company policies and procedures.
ā¢ Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

ā¢ Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
ā¢ Excel proficiency required.
Education and/or Experience:
ā¢ BA/BS degree (marketing or business preferred)
ā¢ 1-2 years of hands-on digital ad platform experience required - including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads (FB & IG)
