Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Saint Paul, MN. This role is focused on due process and paperwork, supporting the special education department by ensuring compliance with all IEP timelines, state guidelines, and district standards.

This is an onsite, full-time position for educators who excel in documentation, organization, and collaboration. You will be an integral part of the special education team, helping to maintain smooth operations and ensure student services are aligned with legal and instructional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IEP paperwork, progress reports, and due process documentation for special education students.
• Ensure timely compliance with state and district requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to gather accurate data for IEPs and evaluations.
• Assist with scheduling and facilitating meetings to meet all timelines.
• Maintain organized records to support the special education team and administrative staff.

Requirements:
• Active MN Special Education teaching license (any category)
• Experience in IEP development, due process, or SPED compliance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with collaborative team environments and administrative-focused work
