### Responsibilities:
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard Southwest flights.
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks, safety briefings, and post-flight evaluations.
– Serve refreshments and meals and sell onboard merchandise.
– Address passengers’ inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
– Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment.
– Adhere to all aviation rules and regulations.
– Assist in medical emergencies and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.
– Participate in recurrent training and personal development sessions.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Possess a valid passport and eligible to travel in and out of the U.S.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and lift standard luggage.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Must pass a background check and drug screening.
– Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
– Readiness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
### Educational Qualifications:
– A high school diploma or GED is required.
– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or first aid are advantageous but not mandatory.
