Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are seeking a motivated professional to support attorneys in estate planning matters. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by preparing essential legal documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth case management. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and brings both initiative and adaptability to their work. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion, while contributing to the efficiency and success of the legal team.
• Monthly Compensation: 1150 USD- 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency
Conduct legal research and prepare supporting materials as needed
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their estate planning matters
Assist attorneys in managing and organizing client files and documentation
Provide responsive support to attorneys and colleagues
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for attorneys
Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related legal documents
Requirements:
•2-3 years of experience working as a legal assistant
•Previous experience in estate planning or a related legal field preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Work Shift:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
