Job Title: Sourcing Specialist
Overview: The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the front end of the sales process to build a strong talent pipeline for practice opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Ā Utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
Ā Conduct complex internet searches and cold calling to engage talent.
Ā Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ā Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Ā Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Ā 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
