Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Engage with partners across various industries—including travel, retail, e-commerce, gaming, financial services, automotive, and entertainment—to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions.Solution Architecture: Design and implement technical solutions that leverage Tik Tok´s advertising and marketing technologies, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each partner.Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Tik Tok's products and technologies, providing guidance and support to partners throughout the integration and implementation process. Ideal Candidate Profile: Technical Background: Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript and experience in API development and cloud-based infrastructures.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and devise effective technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.Experience: Prior experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar positions, with a proven track record of managing technical integrations and fostering strong client relationships.
