Implementation Consultant - Fully Remote
This is a full-time remote Implementation Consultant role with a rapidly growing consulting agency. The company focuses on using cutting-edge AI and automation tools to improve US law firm services. The role involves deploying, configuring, and optimizing CRM, project management, and automation workflows, along with analyzing data and creating automated processes. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about technology. Requirements • 2-5 years in a similar role, especially in client-facing or consulting positions. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive. • Experience with Project Management and ERP platforms, including tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or SAP. • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform. • Experience with Generative AI technologies such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Gemini, Claude, or DeepSeek. • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, PowerBI) and REST API integrations. • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). • Proactive approach to challenges and a drive to learn new tools.
