This value proposition makes our platform a truly transformational technology for Life Insurance carriers!This role reports to Bestow’s VP of Partner Success and Strategic Partnerships and is open to remote candidates. #LI-RemoteABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the life insurance industry, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. As a Solutions Engineer at Bestow, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our software products and the unique needs of our life insurance carrier customers, accelerating our discovery process, and enabling our sales and product teams.The location is remote; however, we have office locations for use in Dallas.WHAT YOU'LL DONeeds and Requirements Gathering:Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, challenges, and technical requirements.Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through meetings, interviews, and workshops with key stakeholders.Work closely with our Product Managers to document and translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.Client Engagement:Liaise between clients, sales, and success teams, and product and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and timelines for discovery.Collaborate with the revenue team to understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions that meet their needs.Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical insights and recommendations to address their challenges.As needed, provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our software solutions.Collaboration and Communication:Support the discovery process with internal teams, ensuring that the right stakeholders are brought in to complete requirements-gatheringPrepare detailed documentation throughout the sales and discovery process to accelerate Bestow delivery teams.’Collaborate closely with product management to document requirements and generate potential solutionsInternal Process OptimizationMaintain up-to-date plans to complete discovery and requirements gathering for each assigned opportunity.Build and maintain partner-facing artifacts to support discovery and requirements gathering efforts.Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.WHO YOU ARE5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or other similar role in B2B enterprise softwareSuccess working with large enterprise B2B clients, particularly in financial services or other complex and/or heavily regulated industriesDeep knowledge of the life insurance industry, including key processes, regulatory requirements, market trends, and existing systemsStrong technical skills, with experience in high-level software design & architecture (both front-end and back-end) and systems integration.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and flexiblyStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.TOTAL REWARDSAt Bestow, we’re proud to be awarded for our team members, innovative products, and culture.
