Solutions Architect, Microsoft Dynamics (Hybrid)
About the position
The Solutions Architect, Microsoft Dynamics, is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements. This role collaborates with stakeholders to analyze needs, architect scalable solutions, customize and integrate Dynamics applications, and ensure optimal system performance. The position is a technical expert in Microsoft Dynamics with a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
Responsibilities
• Architects end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scalability requirements, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Leads high-impact technical design sessions, serving as the architectural authority while guiding cross-functional teams toward innovative, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
• Evaluates, selects, and integrates third-party technologies, strengthening platform capabilities and ensuring seamless interoperability across enterprise systems.
• Designs and delivers custom Power Apps (Canvas Apps) that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Builds advanced Power BI solutions, transforming complex data into actionable insights through dynamic dashboards, predictive analytics, and executive-level reporting.
• Partners closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, backed by clear and comprehensive design documentation.
• Mentors and develops junior team members, fostering technical excellence while leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, demos, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex system issues, proactively monitoring performance and continuously optimizing solutions for reliability, scalability, and peak efficiency.
• Maintains and governs technical documentation, ensuring accuracy across system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support long-term sustainability.

• Advanced development capabilities across C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs, delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable business applications.
• Strong command of Power Apps (Canvas Apps), including UI/UX design, Power Fx, and best practices that drive usability, performance, and adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or Business Central), including solution architecture, customization, and enterprise application development within complex environments.
• Microsoft certifications strongly preferred, including Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, and/or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Power BI and DAX is a plus, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
