You'll support Customer Success Managers, working hands-on with our powerful platform to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your role is crucial in translating customer needs into technical specifications and turning data into insights that drive business decisions.What sets this role apart is your ability to work with a diverse tech stack, your hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards, and your knack for using data analysis tools. You'll be the go-to person for tactical execution, supporting high-agency relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, and continually finding ways to improve our customers' decision-making through data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in pilot projects, helping to define success criteria and clearly define customer / business requirements translate customer needs into product featuresBuild and optimize dashboards that showcase Clarisights' value propositionContribute to growth strategies with data-driven insightsHelp manage and grow relationships with large international customersIdentify and execute on expansion opportunities within customer organizationsContinuously optimize customer processes and drive product adoptionWork hands-on with the Clarisights platform and various data analysis toolsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards using customer and Clarisights tech stacksTranslate customer requests into technical specifications for the engineering teamAssist in feature prioritization and deliveryProvide tactical support for go-to-market strategies and product marketing initiativesServe as a key liaison between customers, PMs, and the engineering teamIdeal CandidateWe're looking for individuals who excel in three core areas:Data Analysis and Insight Generation: You have a knack for turning raw data into meaningful insights. You're comfortable working with large datasets and have experience using tools like Python or R for data analysis.Technical Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with BI tools, data storage solutions, and analytics platforms. You're adept at building reports and dashboards and can quickly learn new tools and technologies.Customer Understanding: You have the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. You're curious about how businesses operate and how data can drive their success.You might have a strong background in data science or analytics, a junior product manager looking to specialize in data-driven products, or a data analyst seeking to transition into a product role. Your ability to work with these tools and quickly learn new ones will be key to your success as an PS at Clarisights.The Problem LifecycleAs an PS you'll be deeply involved in various stages of the problem lifecycle, including:Analyzing customer data and reporting challengesBuilding and optimizing dashboards and reportsAssisting in data integration and quality assuranceSupporting pilot execution and feedback collectionHelping transition pilots to full implementationContinuously improving product usage through data-driven insightsSupporting upsell opportunities with detailed analyticsYour Journey at ClarisightsWhen you join Clarisights as an Solutions Analyst your path to success is clearly defined:Months 0-3: Immerse yourself in our product, customers, and processes. You'll learn to execute assignments with support from Customer Success Managers and other team members.Months 3-6: Begin to independently manage tasks and internal stakeholders. You'll take ownership of small projects and portions of larger projects.Month 6 onwards: Start to independently handle customers with support from CSMs. You'll gradually take on more strategic responsibilities.This structured progression ensures you're well-equipped to grow from a tactical wizard into a strategic thinker, setting you up for success.
