The world's brightest technology minds come to arenaflex to research and develop technology that improves the lives of shoppers and sellers around the world. **Job Summary** We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Customer Service Manager to lead our team in developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple arenaflex markets. As a key member of our Customer Service (CS) network, you will be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience, a strong analytical background, and excellent business judgment, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries to develop short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques * Manage the performance of the team to ensure low error contact forecasts and service level delivery * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to keep them updated on the drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Develop and implement forecasting strategies that drive improvements in cost and quality of customer service on a global scale * Analyze various sources of data to standardize forecasting activities across the team * Use data collection and analysis to drive strategic and short-term decisions * Manage plans, reports, and analyses to ensure accurate and timely delivery * Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning * Proven track record of managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage team to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a world-class e-commerce platform * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
