In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, scoping customer needs, and managing functional escalations. You will also play a crucial role in product management, collaborating on new enhancements and releases, monitoring JIRA tasks, and helping to establish best practices while training the team. Reporting Structure: Reports to the Solutions Manager, North America.
