Personal Trainers / Strength & Conditioning Coaches – Referral Partner (Remote)

Luma Health is a premier telehealth clinic specializing in longevity, performance optimization, and hormone therapy. We offer comprehensive HRT (TRT, Estrogen, Progesterone — including full menopause/perimenopause programs), Peptide Therapies (GLP-1s, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, CJC/Ipamorelin), at-home bloodwork, and couples programs. We are licensed in 45+ states and focus on optimizing health — not just managing symptoms.
The Role:
We are seeking independent Personal Trainers / Strength & Conditioning Coaches to partner with our team. Your role is to identify patients within your existing practice/network and refer them to our medical providers for treatment.
Responsibilities:
• Bring awareness to your network of our offerings
• Educate them on the potential benefits of things like peptides and longevity medicine. You can also just introduce them to our team and we’ll take care of it.
• Refer qualified candidates to Luma Health for bloodwork and physician consultation.
• Collaborate (optional) with our clinical team if it makes sense to do so given your profession.
Qualifications:
• Ideally a background in personal training, strength & conditioning, fitness coaching, performance coaching, or wellness, but not necessary if you think you’d be a good referral partner.
• Existing client relationships are a plus.
• Understanding of peptides/HRT etc is a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Strong communication skills.
Compensation:
Structure: Commission / Performance Based.
Rate: $75.00 - $100.00 per successful patient referral
Potential: Uncapped earning potential based on referral volume. Most partners make a few thousand a month on low end with minimal time commitment.
