As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for educating the customer during the sales cycle, including creating and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers. Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it focuses on growing market share in China. You will be directly working with and supporting a Veeva Account Executive, acting as the trusted technical advisor. What You'll Do Managing pre-sales related activities in the whole selling life cycleIdentify customer’s challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organizationParticipate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationshipsBuild solid collaboration with cross-function teams that will include sales, services, product, and supportSupport marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events Requirements 3+ years of SaaS software pre-sales experience5+ years’ IT industry backgroundExcellent client-facing skills and proven track recordStrong written and verbal presentation skillsEnergetic self-starter; able to work independentlyUniversity DegreeFluentinEnglish Nice to Have Pharma Industry experience and existing pharma company stakeholder networkFamiliar with the SFDC cloud applicationExperience with regulated event management systemsExperience with regulated content management systems Additional Information Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.Veeva is an equal opportunity employer.
