Solution Architect (Need Azure Cloud People) Dallas TX( Richardson TX office) (Remote) Need Locals submit profiles to [email protected] Qualifications: (Need Azure Cloud People) • Over 20+ years of experience in Data & BI technologies and program with excellent leadership and communication skills • Should have led and executed complex programs on Data in both on-prem and cloud environments (Azure cloud is mandatory) • Should have strong working experience on Data Lakehouse architecture • Should have in depth knowledge on different ETL & BI tools like SSIS (ETL Tool), StreamSets (ETL Tool), Azure Cloud, ADF, Azure Synapse Analytics & Azure Hub Events • Should have handled governance at CXO level and engaged with multiple stakeholders at VP+ level • Should have in depth understanding on Data Warehousing, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Modeling, Data Profiling and Data Policy and handled Data Governance programs • Should have executed atleast 2 Cloud based programs including Cloud Data Warehouses like Azure Synapse • Should have cross global location experience and led teams of 30+ members in a global delivery mode • Should have led atleast 3 consulting engagements for different Fortune 100 clients • Should have led client workshops for Data programs • Should have knowledge on Microservices & Service Oriented Architecture • Should have led opportunity discussions, estimated and submitted proposals to client Responsibilities: • Lead the engagement to formulate the Data Strategy & Architecture for client • Lead a team of InfoVision and client team members • Engage with client CXOs and VP+ to understand the business priorities and goals required to finalize the data strategy & architecture • Understand business & technology goals from client and create roadmap with different features and capabilities to achieve these goals • Understand data platform/application objectives, arch, key business process, data domains, tech stack, data pipelines, dashboards & KPIs, upstream and downstream dependencies, challenges, pain points, security and future aspirations • Work with stakeholders to collect inventory of applications and perform application discovery working alongside program and client team members • Setup governance for this program and engage with client leadership to tie stakeholder feedback into the workshops • Perform discovery with tech and business stakeholders to understand and align on application complexity, criticality, prioritization, risks, dependencies, integration points and consumption patterns • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand current landscape, evaluate alternate data architectures and recommend/finalize Data Strategy (including MDM and Data Governance) • Formulate a future state architecture along with tech stack across each layer • Define roadmap with phase wise timeline and estimate the scope • Define, design and implement solution architecture for this program • Review technical deliverables for team and ensure it is aligned with designed architecture • Define, design and implement the CI/CD process for the program • Ensure cloud and data security considerations are handled for this architecture Apply tot his job
