Position: Software Test Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Available to candidates located in Poland

Aras invites passionate Software Test Engineers to join the ASF QA team.

Who we are and what we do:

Aras is a software company specializing in the development of the Aras Innovator product, with a development center based in Poland.

Aras Innovator is a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform that enables the work with complex products, their components, and associated business processes. It provides end-to-end visibility and control across the entire product lifecycle - from concept and design to manufacturing and maintenance.

ASF team specializes in customizing the Aras Innovator to meet specific customer needs. The team delivers custom solutions, upgrades, cloud migrations, and other project types.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in QA

Experience in testing web applications

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices

Experience in creating test documentation (Test Cases, Checklist, Bug report)

Understanding of databases and data storage principles

Ability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements

Good understanding of client-server architecture and integrations

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle

Automation experience (e.g., TypeScript)

Intermediate or higher level of English

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality

Nice to have:

Experience using AI-assisted tools in QA

Experience working with Azure Cloud and SaaS applications

Experience with Git

Responsibilities:

Functional / non-functional testing of the web application

Analysis, testing and clarification of project requirements

Development and application of testing strategies

Planning, prioritization and estimation of testing tasks

Creation and maintenance of test documentation

Review and creation of auto-tests

Bugs creation, analysis, tracking, and collaboration on resolution

Tracking and reporting of quality metrics and test results

Participation in Agile ceremonies

Preparation and conduct of demo sessions

Collaboration with developers, PO, partners, and other team members

Following QA processes and contributing to continuous improvement
