Software Programmer (Remote) - Well-Paid Positions

GovCIO is seeking a Lead Developer to oversee and guide a team of software developers. This fully remote position within the United States offers the opportunity to lead multiple concurrent projects while designing and building innovative applications.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and ensuring project completion.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.
Implement patches and upgrades to existing systems.
Plan system development and deployment while ensuring software compliance standards are met.
Design user interfaces to enhance user experience.
Prepare operating instructions, document program development, and analyze system capabilities.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Modify and maintain operational programs and procedures.

Qualifications
Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
Proficiency in Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server (SQL), and GIT.
Experience leading development teams.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
