Software Engineer - Palantir Foundry Specialist
Metova is seeking a talented Software Engineer – Palantir Foundry Specialist who is passionate about building and optimizing data integration and analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on utilizing Palantir Foundry to develop solutions that support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Design and develop applications using Palantir Foundry to facilitate data integration and analysis. Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions. Implement data pipelines and workflows that ensure high-quality data is available for analysis. Optimize existing data workflows and applications for performance and scalability. Participate in design and code reviews, advocating for best practices in software development. Identify and troubleshoot issues in production applications and provide timely resolutions. Stay current with new features and enhancements in Palantir Foundry and evaluate how they can benefit the team's work. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Mandatory Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data integration/analysis platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
