In this role, you will partner with our Global Social Media Manager to implement processes, supervise operations, and provide expert guidance to support our Disney Streaming brands' Social Support Team and internal partners. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us navigate the ever-changing social media landscape, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Implementing and supervising social media support operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
Providing expert guidance and support to internal teams on social media workflows, judgment calls, and ad hoc questions
Identifying areas for improvement and developing proactive solutions to drive business success
Collaborating with internal teams to build relationships, drive partnerships, and ensure effective use of social data
Contributing to the development of our social media roadmap and ensuring effective prioritization of resources
Documenting and implementing quality guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence in our social media support operations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

5-7 years of experience in social media support, customer service, or a related field
Proven experience in contributing to social community ecosystems and service channels
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes and workflows
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
A BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience in speaking publicly to large audiences or on behalf of a company
Strong ability to apply knowledge and business judgment to make independent decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both business and technical audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
