About the Role: Social Media SpecialistThis is a mid-level, strategic content role ideal for a self-starter with strong copywriting skills and social media expertise.You’ll bring healthcare brands to life on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube—owning content calendars, collaborating with creative teams, and translating analytics into action. You’ll manage multiple client accounts (small practices to enterprise systems) with precision, creativity, and speed.Note: This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in social media content strategy and execution is required. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in onboarding new social media clients with customized content strategies.Manage client documentation, preferences, and brand guidelines.Lead creative brainstorming for content that builds brand loyalty and community engagement.Partner across teams to ensure seamless setup and delivery of ongoing social media services.Develop and post high-quality, brand-aligned content across major platforms.Write and edit compelling copy tailored to healthcare audiences.Collaborate with designers for custom graphics and video content.Maintain detailed and organized content calendars for multiple accounts.Schedule content using tools like SOCi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later.Monitor platform trends and engagement metrics; provide actionable insights.Recommend content enhancements based on performance and client feedback. What You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.2–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience (agency/multi-client preferred).Exceptional writing/editing skills and an eye for tone, voice, and accuracy.Proficiency in social platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their business tools.Experience using social media management platforms.Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.Bonus: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
