Associate Sales Manager
OPPORTUNITY: Publicly traded $588M MKT Cap organization seeks to hire an entry level medical device salesperson. With newly FDA approved new product, this company is estimated to have over a $1B MKT Cap in by end of 2026.
COMPENSATION: 1st year $120K - 2nd year $225K. Stock will be awarded and earned once promoted. $580.00 car allowance that is not taxed. All expenses paid including gas. Elite healthcare benefits and 401(K).
TRAVEL: 50-75% please be all in and able to do whatever it takes. Once promoted travel will be cut by 50%.
UPWARD MOBILITY: 6-18 months. You will be hired, trained, then promoted to be an Account Executive where the average rep earns $250K. The Top 10% earn $350K. And the #1 rep earns over $500K.
