Role Overview
Were looking for a talented Social Media Marketer or Strategist to join our team. In this role, youll develop and execute innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across our social media platforms. This would be a part time role, requiring roughly 2 hours/day, 5 days/week, with future full time potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow the companys presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Create engaging, on-brand content (including posts, videos, stories, and campaigns).
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online communities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or Strategist.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
