As a Customer Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business and technical requirements, design and implement custom solutions, and provide expert guidance on arenaflex Cloud products and services. If you have a passion for cloud computing, a strong background in software engineering, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Identifying business and technical requirements, leading full technical discovery, and designing client solutions to meet their needs. * Leading technical projects, providing technology support, and coordinating the integration of supporting technical assets. * Delivering product briefings for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents. * Driving recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution, providing best-practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness. * Attending client sites, meetings, and other events as required. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience as a specialized deals engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role. * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure. * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies. * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status (desired). * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms. * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies. * Knowledge of application security designs, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques. * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with arenaflex Cloud products and services. * Familiarity with cloud-based security, compliance, and governance. * Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, availability, and performance. * Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. **What We Offer** As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team of professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
