Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Create, curate, and manage high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends to inform content planning. • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer for optimal timing and consistency. • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility in search engines. • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via arenaflex Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. • Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community growth. • Oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement. • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
