Need someone localish (Boston/North Shore preferred) to handle, IG, Facebook, Tik Tok, Reels- content, posting engagement, 20-30 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Foodie experience a plus. Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement. • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage this data to refine marketing strategies. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI while maintaining brand consistency. • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports highlighting key insights for continuous improvement. • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments or messages; foster strong relationships through proactive community management. • Support branding initiatives by maintaining visual consistency and storytelling excellence across all digital touchpoints. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, SEO practices, and digital marketing techniques to keep our strategies innovative. Experience • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing tools is a plus. • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools. • Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for error-free content creation. • Ability to analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights that inform content strategy. • Experience in photography or videography enhances your ability to produce original visual content that captivates audiences. • Excellent relationship management skills—able to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining a positive online presence. • A background in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous for understanding sales-driven content strategies.
