Your contribution: You act as a strategic partner to the Head of Real Estate Germany , providing high-level support on transformative and operational initiatives You take the lead on high-priority reporting for senior management and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making You drive internal strategy and transformation projects by taking full ownership of critical workstreams and sub-projects You contribute to the long-term success of the department by assisting in the definition and practical operationalisation of our core strategy What makes you stand out: A completed or final-year university degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Law, or a comparable field of study Initial professional experience gained through internships, apprenticeships, or working student roles in strategy, consulting, or real estate Proficiency in professional tools, specifically high-level skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word An ambitious and independent work style coupled with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment Native-level or bilingual proficiency in both German (C2) and English (C2) to navigate our international corporate landscape What we offer: A diverse, multicultural setup based on our values – accountability, respect, teamwork, and trust – and the unique opportunity to shape the organisation An attractive salary package depending on your experience and qualifications Maximum flexibility : With Full-Flex Office, we support you in combining university and work easily.
