We're Hiring! Front Desk & Social Media Manager
Are you an organized, outgoing, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer service and social media? Join our team as a Front Desk & Social Media Manager and be the face and voice of our orthodontic practice!
What You'll Do:
Front Desk Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude
? Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
? Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
? Manage patient records and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
? Coordinate with the orthodontic team to maintain an organized workflow
Social Media Management:
? Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
? Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build our online community
? Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract new patients
? Track social media trends and engagement to optimize content strategy
What We're Looking For:
? Excellent communication and people skills
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
? Experience with social media platforms and content creation
? A positive, energetic personality that enhances patient experience
? Previous dental or medical office experience (preferred but not required)
