Our brand is high-energy, motivational, and results-driven — and we are looking for a creative content expert to elevate our social media presence and drive strong organic growth. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Creator & Manager to edit videos, produce engaging content, and manage overall social strategy. You will collaborate directly with the two founders to generate content ideas and create highly engaging short-form videos aimed at attracting our target audience: entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners, people tired of the 9–5, sales professionals, real estate agents, and individuals seeking financial freedom. Key Responsibilities: • Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos using CapCut, InVideo AI, Adobe, etc. • Clip long-form footage into engaging content designed for virality • Create compelling posts aligned with our brand voice • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and platform growth • Work collaboratively with ownership to develop new creative ideas • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy • Grow organic followers and high-quality engagement • Must have strong experience managing content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms • Stay up to date with trends, hooks, niche strategies, and viral formats Ideal Candidate: • Proven track record of organic social media growth • Experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, InVideo, Adobe, etc.) • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook algorithms and best practices • Ability to create content that educates, motivates, and converts • Organized, proactive, and highly creative • Excellent communication skills • Portfolio or examples of previous work required Compensation & Growth: We offer competitive pay based on skill and results.
