Key Responsibilities:


Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls to support program requirements, including medication adherence, member outreach, and provider follow-up calls
Provide exceptional customer service, serving as a resource for internal and external customers
Complete calls and assignments, meeting productivity standards and deadlines
Review prescription claims documentation, collect and maintain eligibility information, and exhibit excellent phone and communication skills
Collaborate with internal staff and providers to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy team

Requirements:


High School Diploma or equivalent required; Pharmacy Technician license or certification preferred
2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with 1+ year of administrative support experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager


Preferred Qualifications:


3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with certified medical assistant training or certification
Bilingual language proficiency (English/Spanish)
Experience with medication adherence measures, Salesforce documentation, and Rx Claim experience


Telecommuting Requirements:


Must have a dedicated workspace in your home, with a secure and reliable internet connection
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to UnitedHealth Group's telecommuter policy

Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to handle escalated issues professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
