Social Media Content Creator and Manager Needed

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all major platforms. This role blends hands-on content production with strategic social media management to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Conceptualize, script, film, and edit high-quality content (photo, video, and written) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Develop visually compelling graphics, reels, shorts, and promotional assets.

Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and aesthetic across all content.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, leadership) to create content that aligns with campaigns and business objectives.

Capture behind-the-scenes content, customer stories, and product-focused media.

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day activity across all social channels, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Build and execute monthly content calendars.

Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Respond to comments, DMs, and audience engagement in a timely, professional manner.

Partner with influencers, creators, customers, and strategic collaborators to expand social reach.

Strategy & Analytics

Use insights and analytics tools to track performance, optimize content, and inform future strategy.

Provide regular reports on KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion.

A/B test content formats, posting strategies, and messaging to maximize results.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, photography, graphic design, and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.

Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform features, and content best practices.

Excellent writing, communication, and creative direction skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
