The Continuous Monitoring Data Analyst (CMA) is responsible for building new scripted analytical procedures for the shared service centers' continuous monitoring program with a software audit tool called ACL/Highbond, running scripted analytical procedures and creating and distributing results of analyses to appropriate parties.
This strategic analyst position will supply the need for the reporting and analysis of not only financial data but also provide insights into the key performance indicators as well as many other metrics to provide a holistic picture of the organization at multiple levels - executive, middle, and front-line management. Primary
Duties:
• Build monitoring automations that help the departments monitor their control activities in the following areas: accounting transactions, TPP (BPO) functions, employee expensing (Concur), information systems (to include internal intelligent automation functions), SLA and regulatory compliance.
• Provide well-written documentation to help drive successful implementation of solutions. • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and continually improving reports. This includes but is not limited to: a) Creating simple and complex reports from database repositories, including writing functional requirements and definitions b) Performing simple and complex queries. Required Skills/Competencies
• 2 years experience performing general accounting, audit or financial analysis
Expected salary: $75000 - 80000 per year
