Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a Social Content Creator to join our in-house creative team in Medina, OH. This role is all about crafting content that connects—turning strategy and storytelling into engaging, shareable social media moments. The ideal candidate is fluent in internet culture, quick with ideas, and knows how to make content that stops the scroll. You’ll work closely with designers, editors, and strategists to create social-first content that drives engagement and builds community. What You’ll Do • Create original content for platforms like YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok. • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with broader creative and strategic goals. • Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy tailored to each platform. • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce graphics, videos, and motion assets. • Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant. • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement. • Maintain brand voice and tone across all social channels. • Present ideas and content plans to internal teams and clients. Required Qualifications • Proven experience creating content for social media platforms. • Strong writing skills and a sharp sense of visual storytelling. • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps. • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passion for digital culture, current events, and creative activism.
